本研究使用金屬纖維為芯材以及遠紅外線聚酯纖維為包繞材製備金屬/聚酯包繞紗，選出最佳化參數後進行金屬/聚酯梭織物之製備，使用遠紅外線短纖維、阻燃聚酯纖維與低熔點聚酯纖維進行阻燃/遠紅外線/低熔點聚酯複合非織物之製程，使金屬/聚酯梭織物與阻燃/遠紅外線/低熔點聚酯複合非織物經由針軋與熱壓程序進行複合製備成電磁屏蔽/阻燃/遠紅外線複合織物；並針對金屬/聚酯包繞紗、金屬/聚酯梭織物、遠紅外線/低熔點聚酯基布、阻燃/低熔點聚酯基布、阻燃/遠紅外線/低熔點聚酯複合非織物以及電磁屏蔽/阻燃/遠紅外線複合織物之功能性與機械性質進行評估。
遠紅外線放射率結果顯示，不鏽鋼+銅+鎳銅/聚酯梭織物在疊層數目為兩層時之遠紅外線放射率可達0.89

最起碼防護效果比不透氣的不織布纖維口罩要來得好
